Hi Jerome.

We were all really sorry to hear about what happened, and we all agree that it could not have happened to a nicer guy, someone who gave it everything and is a good example to us all. I hear Basil has been keeping a bedside vigil and you even have visitors from Cape Town!!! Also you have had some of the best surgeons and doctors working with you.

As fast as you are on the water, we wish you a speedy recovery over the next few months - all the best my friend...

Greetings from my girl friend "Frau Schenkel" !
She had exactly the same vertebra (L1) broken 6 years ago in an motorboat accident, when the boat hit a sudden wave she didnt see coming as she was sitting with her back to the front.

But now she is fit again. Due to her hard muscle training after the same surgery. So keep on training and don`t worry !
